They always say, worry is a waste of emotional reserve but worry is also inevitable.
There are certain things which I can't help but to worry, even if it's not at this very moment, but in time to come, I'll have to. The worse is not the worries, but when you feel so helpless and you can do nuts about it.
I can't imagine that and I don't want to imagine that.
