Taiwan day three (winter)

Woke up exceptionally early to catch a bus to leofoo village which is located at hsinchu and that's out of taipei city. The weather was on our side and we were lucky enough to have met this uncle who offered to fetched us and another couple to leofoo village at a cheaper rate yay.

Inborn pair was filmed over at this theme park and it's one of the places my sis wanted to visit so badly. Well I managed to make her jealous hiak hiak!

Dined at this random fast food restaurant as most of the eateries were still close at the time we reached. The chicken burger I ordered was way too oily for my liking, I couldn't even finish half of that but the fries are damn good!

On the carousel, reviving some childhood memories :>

And if you're thinking, what's this thing over here, it's the legendary screaming gondola. Yes omg we took it and the aftermath of it was......

A green face with messy hair! I almost died not due to the adrenaline rush but the speed of it, it's not that scary afterall anyway, probably too fast to feel anything.

Jump shots before we leave this beautiful place!

Hu xu zhang for braised pork rice and some other dishes nomzzz

Our first pearl milk tea after three days

Yay finally got to meet agnes at taipei and this has marked the end of day three! Till then, goodnight all (:

Taiwan day two (winter)

Started off day two in taiwan with a rainy morning. We were so famished that we had to settle our breakfast at somewhere near our minsu vicinity and as most cafes are still close, ah mao's cafe caught our eyes. The risotto was just average I personally feel (maybe it's just mine because ivy said hers was good).

Paid a visit to the museum of weird things at danshui first as it was still raining quite heavily, I swear I hate the rain and chillness at that point of time.

Beanie girl and hoodie girl

Both of us got a pair of gloves, 150 twd which is about 7 sgd!

Danshui fishballs and the infamous ah gei for dinner nomzzz!

Last but not least, headed to shida night market to satisfy my craving for pineapple bun, 菠蘿包! It's really the best that I've ever tried and I had that for three consecutive nights. This has partly explained why I lost my voice on the last day of this trip. Anyway, stay tuned for the next, it's gonna be exciting! :D

Taiwan day one (winter)

Look at the crowd at ximending on NYE

Red house is a must to visit when you're at ximending!

Our minsu stay for four nights, though it's small but the interior is superb and real cozy C:

We were trying to very hard to get used to this extremely chilly weather and thus we didn't stay at taipei 101 till 12 midnight and headed to shilin night market instead (pardon me for no pictures as it was super crowded so I didn't wanna use my cam). Till the next post, xo.
